Our WNTD as a Service product (WaaS) was created after a number of companies we work with asked to engage with us on a fully retained and embedded partnership basis, to work on a volume number of project hires over a period of time.
We work with you to build out and deliver a variety of hiring campaigns over a number of months, using multiple sourcing channels. We measure and report on channel data to continuously identify gains in each part of the process to increase conversions.
Typically, companies who engage with us via our WaaS service report a significantly higher rate of conversion on project requirements, whilst enjoying circa 30% savings on their overall talent acquisition costs.
WNTD as a Service+ (WaaS+)
